New season is just around the corner with our new head coach Jim Strole!! The start of a new era, will you be apart of the hitoru in its making? Welcome to the home page of the Metuchen First Baptist Softball Team! 2011 season about to kick off!!! We are a dedicated group of men young and old who range in skill from those who are novice to those who think they're pro. 2009 was our first year in over a decade to field a team.
We play so that we can get to know one another on a deeper level and meet others from around the area, while showing the world the light of Jesus Christ our savior, and enjoying the American past-time of baseball in a softball form better suited for our out of shape walks of life. We are here to win, make no mistake of it, last year we proved we were capable; this year we're the team to beat!
